Shipping policy

1. What courier service do you use? We only use highly reliable e-commerce friendly couriers like Delhivery, Xpressbees etc to deliver your order.

2. How long do you take to dispatch after receiving the order? We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it!

3. Depending on where you are located, order delivery will take:

   • Metro Cities: 2 to 3 Days
   • Rest of India: 4 to 6 Days
   • North East, J&K, or more remote areas: 6 to 7 Days
   • Note: In exceptional cases, delivery can take more time than expected.

4. How can I track my order? Once we dispatch your parcel, we will send you tracking details via your Whatsapp/SMS/email.

   • We request you to please wait for about 24 hours after receiving the provided tracking details.
   • You can track your order with our courier partners’ website at any point by providing your tracking number.

5. Where is my order dispatched from? We dispatch all the orders from Jaipur, Rajasthan

6. Do you ship all over India? Yes, we ship all over India.

7. Do you ship outside India? No for now.
